Pictet WM hires senior fund analyst

Jonathan Naegeli joins the wealth manager from UBP.

As a step to reinforce its fund and manager research team, Pictet Wealth Management has hired Jonathan Naegeli as a senior fund analyst, a company spokesperson confirmed to FSA.

Based in Geneva, he reports to Sebastien Gentizon, head of fund and manager research at Pictet Wealth Management.

In his new role, Naegeli will mainly focus on global and Japanese equity funds and work on ETFs and index funds.

Previously working for UBP, Naegeli was based in Hong Kong for more than six years where he was the fund analyst and portfolio manager focused on equity funds in Asia and sector funds including technology.

Headquartered in Geneva, Pictet Group had assets under management at SFr608bn ($682.3bn) as of the end of 2022.
