Events

Since its inception in 2005, Bonhill has been connecting asset managers with key fund selectors via a series of targeted, high levels events across Asia’s main financial hubs. Via our Fund Selector Asia and ESG Clarity Asia brands we have achieved this via an array of event formats, including multi-sponsor forums/summits, and bespoke roundtables and webinars. In 2021 we have also added our unique SpotlightOn series.

Who attends our events?
Attendance is limited to a select group of key “buy-side” fund selectors, gatekeepers and heads of wealth from private banks, commercial banks, family offices, insurance companies and IAMs. Over the years Bonhill has built up an extremely powerful list of key fund selectors and influencers that is managed by a dedicated in-house research team. Attendance is by personal invitation only from Bonhill and our asset manager Sponsor Partners.

What markets do we cover?
Bonhill operates in the key English speaking financial hubs of Asia, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.

What event formats to do offer?
Bonhill offers an array of event formats to cater for the various needs of our audiences and sponsor partners, as follows:

SpotlightOn series – a new asset class focused initiative in 2021. Provides asset managers with involvement in a live panel discussion, video presentation of an investment strategy, contribution towards Q&A articles, and a permanent Sponsor Partner landing page on Fund Selector Asia.   

Forum – includes Sponsor Partner strategy presentations and panel discussions (involving fund managers and fund buyers). Our forums focus on the audience of a specific country or segment. Maximum of up to 6x Sponsor Partners for an ‘in-person’ event and 3x for a virtual events

Global Summit – in May 2021 Bonhill hosted our first global event, the Global ESG Summit, with separate sessions in Asia, UK/Europe and the US, offering regional and global sponsorship options. More global summits will be announced soon.

Roundtable – a bespoke event in partnership with a single asset manager. Sponsor can present a specific strategy to a targeted group of 6-8 fund selectors in an intimate and interactive setting. ‘In-person’ or ‘hybrid’ formats are available.
