Capco hires two senior Asia Pacific executives

The technology and management consultancy has added to its regional leadership team.
Hayley Haupt, Capco

Capco, part of Indian conglomerate Wipro, has appointed Hayley Haupt to partner and Apac head of strategy & consulting, and Paul Sommerin to partner and Apac head of digital & technology.

Now based in Singapore, Haupt has worked for clients in Europe, the Middle East, India & Africa for 15 years.  She has experience in financial services, and has focused on organisational and operating model redesign, multi-year systems implementations, and cross-regulatory innovation capabilities.

Haupt was previously a partner in EY’s people advisory services team, based in South Africa, and prior to that, she was a partner in EY’s strategy business.

Sommerin, who is based in Hong Kong, has 30 years of financial services experience across six continents, including developed and emerging markets.  He has expertise managing large-scale business and technology transformations, developing technology and digital strategies.

Sommerin also joins from EY, where he was a partner in the Africa, India and Middle East practice, leading financial services digital and technology teams across the region.
