Francis Tan has left his role at United Overseas Bank (UOB) to join Indosuez Wealth Management as chief strategist for Asia.
He continues to be based in Singapore.
Tan spent almost 12 years at UOB, starting as economist before becoming investment strategist over five years ago.
Tan was also an investment strategist at Phillip Securities previously and also served as an economist at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry as well as investment manager at Royal Bank of Scotland.
Indosuez Wealth Management did not respond to a request for comment from FSA.
