HSBC Global Private Bank has hired Colvin Luk as managing director in its ultra-high-net-worth team, based in Hong Kong.
Luk is a former investment banker and spent more than four years at Credit Suisse, most recently as co-head of Asia Pacific debt capital markets and leveraged finance.
He previously spent more than a decade during an earlier stint at HSBC, starting as an analyst before rising through the ranks to become a director in its debt capital markets team.
