HEAD-TO-HEAD: JP Morgan AM versus Schroders
FSA compares two Japan equity products: The JP Morgan Japan Equity Fund and the Schroder ISF Japanese Equity Fund.
FEES
The JP Morgan fund’s retail share class has ongoing charges (OCF) of 1.80%, while the Schroders fund’s OCF is 2.35%, according to FE Fundinfo.
The JP Morgan fund is fairly priced, while the Schroders fund is more expensive than most of its peers. The median OCF for the 31 SFC-authorised actively managed Japan equity funds in Hong Kong is 1.80%.
