HEAD-TO-HEAD: Nordea vs Templeton
FSA compares two emerging markets small-cap funds: the Nordea 1 Emerging Markets Small Cap Fund and the Templeton Emerging Markets Smaller Companies Fund.
The Nordea fund (BP-USD share class) has ongoing charges (OCF) of 1.96%, while the Templeton fund (A Acc share class) charges 2.51%.
“The Templeton fund is slightly higher than average,” Ng noted. The average OCF of the emerging market equity funds for sale in Singapore under FE’s category is 2.06%.
