HEAD-TO-HEAD: JP Morgan vs Robeco
FSA compares the JP Morgan Asia Equity Dividend Fund with Robeco Asian Stars Equities Fund, which incorporates ESG in its process.
Jeffrey Roskell has managed the JP Morgan fund since its inception. He has 24 years of investment experience. He is supported by Julie Ho and Ruben Lienhard. The team is based in Hong Kong.
“It is quite a good mix between Roskell and Ho,” said Ng, in light of the fund’s strategy of switching between cyclical and defensive stocks. “Roskell has more knowledge and experience in cyclical stocks, Ho has a better understanding and background in defensive stocks,” said Ng.
Turning to the Robeco fund, Michiel van Voorst has 19 years of investment experience, having joined the firm in 2005. He has managed the Asian Stars Equities fund since its inception.
