The Fidelity fund has ongoing charges (OCF) of 1.91, while the UBS fund’s OCF is 2.41.
The sector’s OCF median is 2.01.
In terms of fees, the Fidelity fund clearly has an advantage over the UBS fund, Liang said.
“UBS can do a lot more to cut down the fees of the fund,” she said, adding that the fund could cut down on its management and distribution fees.
“UBS’ distribution fees are also above the average”
