BNY Mellon IM strengthens its distribution team

The asset manager has announced three senior appointments in its distribution team in Asia.

Caroline Ramscar was most recently the London-based head of sustainability solutions at Legal & General.

Wong, whose appointment was effective from 8 May, was previously head of systematic trading since 2016.

Mandy Lui is due to join the investment manager in mid-August in Hong Kong, while Dennis Quah joins today in Singapore.

Schroders has made several moves across its Asia Pacific team in a bid to strengthen its client-facing capabilities.

Based in Hong Kong, Linda Lam will report to Andy Lee, head of investment services in north Asia.

Manoj Samtani has been named executive director and will look at client servicing and the team’s next-generation wealth capabilities.

Sandeep Das brings with him over 30 years of experience including most recently with Barclays Private Bank.

Mike Sleightholme will oversee the provision of customer support and technology and data solutions across Apac and EMEA.

Jessica Donohue’s appointment follows the retirement of Rick Lacaille, who announced his retirement earlier this month.
