Aviva Investors appoints Apac CEO

Sandra Cheng joins from Columbia Threadneedle, where she was CEO of Singapore and head of institutional for southeast Asia.

Aviva Investors has appointed Sandra Cheng (pictured) as CEO of Asia Pacific and head of distribution for Asia Pacific.

Based in Singapore, she will report to Jill Barber, chief distribution officer at Aviva Investors.

Cheng joins from Columbia Threadneedle, where she was CEO of Singapore and head of institutional for southeast Asia.

She previously worked at Deutsche Asset Management, HSBC Investments and Wellington International Management.
