Janus Henderson strengthens intermediary sales team

San Lo John's hire rounds out Janus Henderson's efforts to grow its intermediary sales team in the region.

Janus Henderson has hired San Lo John (pictured) as director for intermediary sales, in a newly created role.

He started on Monday and reports to Alex Ng, the firm’s head of intermediary sales for Asia ex-Japan.

Lo was most recently with Citibank Wealth Management in Singapore, where he was head of Citigold Investment Consultants.

He also worked at Swiss asset manager Crossinvest Asia, family office Wuthelam and Alcor Capital, an Asia multi-style equity hedge fund.

“Years spent in the industry helping clients reach their financial goals have taught me that the financial or wealth journey ultimately starts and ends with great asset managers. As such, it is incredibly exciting to join Janus Henderson,” said Lo.
