Patrick Busse joins UBS as co-head of global financial intermediaries in Asia Pacific.

UBS Global Wealth Management has hired Patrick Busse as co-head of global financial intermediaries in Asia Pacific.

Busse will serve as co-head alongside Markus Haeny, who is currently based in Singapore but will be relocating to Hong Kong on 1 January. Busse is based in Singapore.

Busse joins from Swiss rival Credit Suisse, where he spent more than a decade and was most recently team head of external asset management (EAM) for Singapore. He started his career at Credit Suisse as an EAM investment adviser, based in Zurich.

He started his career at pure-play Clariden Leu.
