The wealth management veteran has left the firm following a restructuring.

The purchase of Degroof Petercam has boosted assets and broadened the scale of the wealth manager’s products and services.

Francis Tan previously spent almost 12 years at United Overseas Bank including most recently as investment strategist.

Michaël Kofman succeeds Olivier Livenais who has been in the role since early 2020.

Hank Chiu and Renee Wu join as executive director and senior director respectively in Indosuez’s north Asia team.

Indosuez Wealth Management will complete the acquisition next year, subject to regulatory approval.

Selwyn Au-Yeung was previously managing director and team head at Bank J Safra Sarasin.

Diana Hong and Elina Yan have both joined as executive directors.

Sandy Chen, Mark Chester Ng and Sarah Lee have all recently joined the wealth management arm of Credit Agricole.
