T Rowe Price has hired Caroline Ramscar as ESG investment specialist for Asia Pacific, effective 18 July.
Based in Sydney, Ramscar will work closely with clients in the region on ESG matters and also help them as they adopt more responsible investing strategies. She will also work on T Rowe Price’s impact strategies, which cover both equities and fixed income.
She reports to Nick Beecroft, Apac head of the investment specialist group at T Rowe Price.
“Caroline’s extensive experience in sustainability and responsible investing will be invaluable to our firm and to our clients as we collaborate to drive the adoption of more responsible investment solutions,” said Beecroft.
She was most recently at Legal & General Investment Management, where she spent the past five years as the London-based head of sustainability solutions, responsible for engaging clients on sustainability matters.
