Juliette Lim has been named as head of insurance solutions, Asia ex Japan at T. Rowe Price, according to a press release.
She has been hired to deepen partnerships with insurance companies in the region, and address growing client demand for the firm’s fixed income investment solutions.
She will report to Hong Kong-based George Chow, head of institutions, North Asia at T. Rowe Price.
Lim (pictured) has two decades of investment and research experience, most recently as regional head of investments, Asia at Sun Life Financial and head of investment management at Prudential Hong Kong.
Elsewhere, Timothy Cheung has been named as senior director, intermediary distribution, Greater China at T. Rowe Price to drive the firm’s retail distribution expansion in Hong Kong.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to Singapore-based Glen Lee, head of intermediary distribution, Asia ex Japan, Cheung will be tasked with working on driving forward the investment firm’s product pipeline for the local market in 2025, the company said.
Prior to joining the firm, Cheung had roles at UBS, Janus Henderson and JP Morgan Asset Management, according to his LinkedIn profile.
