Ex-JB exec to expand Carret in Asia

The New-York-based asset manager has hired Kenneth Ho to drive the firm’s regional multi-asset business.

Ho, who formerly led product development for Julius Baer in Asia, is managing partner. He will support Carret’s drive to bring its multi-asset products into Asia.

“[Ho] joins the firm at an important time as we begin our global expansion plans, particularly in markets outside the United States,” said Alan Quasha, chairman of Carret Holdings.

“His leadership, experience and knowledge of the international growth markets will greatly enhance our ability to penetrate new markets for our firm.”

Ho formerly led financial product development at Credit Suisse and Bank Julius Baer. He helped to found the Asian franchise at Julius Baer, and was deputy global head of investment solutions group and a member of the investment committee, according to a statement from Carret.
