Hong Kong-based family office Jadewell Family Office has received its type 4 and type 9 licences from the Securities and Futures Commission.
Former Morgan Stanley banker Ann Yu set up Jadewell Family Office earlier this year.
Yu left Morgan Stanley in September 2023, where she worked for almost two-and-a-half years as executive director and relationship manager for private wealth management.
She previously worked at JP Morgan for nine years and UBS for just over two years. She had an earlier stint at Morgan Stanley for two years.
