Loomis Sayles has announced the appointment of three staff members for its Singapore-based Asia credit team. They include Chow Thu Ha, the firm’s first Asia-based portfolio manager, and Zhi Wei Feng and Jeremy Teng, who were hired last year as senior credit research analysts. Chow has been with the firm since 2016 and started as a senior credit research analyst covering Asian corporate credits. In her new role, Chow joins Elisabeth Colleran in co-managing the Asia Bond Plus strategy. Global real estate manager Savills Investment Management has appointed Alex Jeffrey as its new CEO. He will join the firm in late-2019, subject to regulatory approval, and will be based in Singapore.
