HSBC Singapore has officially unveiled its newest integrated wealth centre at The Star Vista to service its customers in western Singapore.
The wealth centre is the second of three dedicated wealth centres planned by 2025, a central part of the bank’s multi-year transformation, which includes a five-fold investment increase towards enhancing its physical network across Singapore, according to a statement by the bank.
The centres are in response to the rising affluent segment in the Lion City, who increasingly seek personalised service and holistic wealth solutions, HSBC said.
The new centre combines privacy, premium service, and accessibility. It is located in a high-footfall retail mall, features private meeting spaces, enclosed teller rooms, and a premier lounge tailored for confidential wealth conversations.
It also integrates lifestyle and community elements – including a heritage display wall and artworks from social enterprises, the statement added.
Ashmita Acharya, head of international wealth and premier banking, at HSBC Singapore, said: “These investments are part of HSBC’s broader ambition to be the leading wealth manager in Asia, supporting Singapore’s position as a key international wealth hub by improving the accessibility and quality of wealth advisory services for its growing affluent population.”
The branch will also house a lifestyle cafe operated by social enterprise Foreword Coffee. This initiative supports differently-abled youths by providing on-the-job training and employment, in line with HSBC’s commitment to inclusive growth and community partnership, the statement said.
