HEAD-TO-HEAD: JP Morgan versus UBS
FSA compares two China mixed asset products: the JP Morgan China Income Fund and the UBS Key Selection China Allocation Opportunity Fund.
Fees
The JP Morgan fund has an ongoing charge figure (OCF) of 1.85% and the annual expenses of the UBS fund are slightly higher at 1.91%.
The median OCF for Asia mixed asset products is 1.6%, according to FE Fundinfo data.
Ng sees no reason to be concerned about the fees charged by either fund.
“Investing in China’s markets tends to be more expensive and requires greater research resources than for other markets in Asia-Pacific,” he said.
