HEAD-TO-HEAD: Fidelity versus Merian
FSA compares two global equity income products: the Fidelity Global Dividend Fund and the Merian Global Equity Income Fund.
Fees
The ongoing charges figure (OCF) for the Fidelity fund is 1.90%, a little higher than the 1.81% charged by the Merian fund.
However, both look reasonable compared with a median OCF of 1.89% for the 110 actively managed international equity funds authorised for sale to retail investors in Hong Kong and/or Singapore.
