HEAD-TO-HEAD: Capital Group versus JP Morgan
FSA compares two mixed asset products: the Capital Group Global Allocation Fund and the JP Morgan Global Income Fund.
Fees
Claus approves of the low fees charged by both funds, which earns them a positive rating from Morningstar.
“Capital Group’s ongoing charges of 0.90% for the fund’s clean share class are below the median compared with similar share classes of funds in this category,” she said.
Meanwhile, “the JP Morgan fund gains an edge on competitors because of its low fees,” she added.
The 0.75% ongoing charge on its clean share class is low compared with the median in its category and the fund “handily earns its positive price rating,” said Claus.
