The two featured funds have charges higher than the peer median. The JP Morgan fund has ongoing charges (OCF) of 2.01% compared to 1.91% for the Schroders fund.
The Asia-Pacific multi-asset sector’s average OCF is 1.62%, according to FE data.
Ng, however, said that the cost of either fund is not overly expensive, adding that it is difficult to compare these funds to the broader multi-asset sector given there are not many China-focused multi-asset funds available in the market.
