Howard Wang became lead portfolio manager of JPM China Fund on 1 January 2016, taking over from Song Shen, who remains as a backup manger.
Wang co-managed the fund since 2009. He has 20 years of investment experience, having earlier led the JPMorgan Greater China fund for 10 years. His team is younger. It consists of nine analysts, with 11 years of investment experience and four years of tenure on average. In 2016, two analysts departed and one was replaced, Share said.
