Her title is director of consultant relations for Asia Pacific and she will be based in Franklin Templeton’s Sydney office, the firm said.
She will report to Matt Philpott, director of the consultant and investment research group in London.
Previously, Hukins was responsible for sales and relationship management for the institutional market at Hermes Investment Management.
Prior to that, she worked at at Fortis Investments in Australia and F&C Investments in the UK.
“Stephanie has a strong track record in relationship management within the institutional investment industry and her appointment supports our focus on broadening our institutional client base in the region,” Philpott said.
