BNY Mellon Investment Management has hired Sharon Ko as head of its intermediary business for Hong Kong retail distribution.
She reports to Dominic Wong, head of intermediary for Greater China.
Ko was most recently head of retail distribution for Hong Kong at Invesco. Prior to this, she was associate director of intermediary business at Fidelity International, associate vice president at BlackRock and sales manager at Allianz Global Investors.
In her new role, she will be responsible for strengthening and expanding the firm’s retail distribution networks by building on partnerships with key distributors and financial institutions in Hong Kong.
