CSOP Asset Management will list its second ETF on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
Six managers have launched ETFs tracking the index consisting of Hong Kong-listed technology stocks.
The inflows were driven mostly from institutions in Asia, as well as the US, according to the firm.
It will be the second product under the new ETF connectivity scheme between Hong Kong and the mainland.
The product is the first ETF to utilise the new VCC framework in the Lion City.
Other firms have also recently launched technology-focused ETFs in Hong Kong.
The firm will also make use of the new variable capital company (VCC) framework for the fund.
Both China AMC and CSOP AM have rolled out L&I products that track the same underlying index.
Expectations that Nasdaq market volatility will escalate should increase Hong Kong investor interest in L&I products, the firm believes.
With no on-the-ground sales force in the US, the Hong Kong firm has had difficulties promoting its products since it entered the market in 2015.
