Raffles Family Offices hires bankers from BoS and RBC WM

Raffles Family Office has hired two new managing directors in Singapore.

Raffles Family Office has hired Terence Seow as managing director, board advisor to support strategic guidance for the multi-family office.

Seow (pictured), a banking veteran with 40 years of experience, previously held senior positions at Citibank, DBS and most recently Bank of Singapore.

He said: “I look forward to contributing to the firm’s strategic dialogue and supporting its mission to deliver truly independent, high-impact solutions for families navigating complex wealth and succession needs across Asia.”

The firm has also hired Shaun Lim as managing director, relationship management to advise ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Lim was previously market head of North Asia at Royal Bank of Canada Wealth Management, and prior to that held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Credit Suisse.

Based in Singapore, Lim will report directly to Kendrick Lee, CEO of Singapore, who said: “Shaun’s depth of experience and client-first mindset align perfectly with our mission to deliver independent, high-touch advisory services to Asia’s most discerning families.”

“Together with Terence’s strategic counsel, they will also contribute to shaping and expanding our relationship management capabilities as we continue our growth journey in the region.”
