Paragon Capital Management adds Credit Suisse veteran to team

The Singapore investment boutique has hired Trevor Lau as managing director and strategist.
A firm handshake says a lot

Paragon Capital Management (PCM) has named Trevor Lau as managing director and strategist, according to a statement from the firm.

Based in Singapore , Lau will report to Paul Lee, co-founder, CEO and CIO and Irene Ng, COO and compliance/risk officer.

Lau is a 20 year private banking and wealth management veteran, previously having held senior positions at Credit Suisse AG, Azura Investment Partners, UBS AG, and Citigroup Private Bank.

He was most recently CEO at Azura Investment Partners, establishing the Singapore office, secured regulatory licensing, and led the strategic launch of the firm’s Asia platform.

Lee said: “I am delighted to welcome Trevor to our team. His extensive experience in building and leading high-performing teams, driving business growth, and delivering bespoke investment solutions for ultra-high-net-worth clients will certainly add value to our organisation and for our clients.”

Lau has been a CFA charterholder since 2000 and holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Business (Second Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.
