Ostrum Asset Management has named Gaëlle Théaud-Gautheron (pictured) as chief operating officer, according to a statement from the firm.
Effective 1 July 2024, she will be reporting to Olivier Houix, CEO to optimise the organisation and coordinate the firm’s transformation initiatives.
Ostrum AM, which manages €402bn ($432bn) in assets, is an affiliate of the Natixis Investment Managers ($1.3trn in assets under management).

Théaud-Gautheron was previously managing partner for the transformation management office at Natixis Global Financial services.
Prior to that she was global head of market operations at Société Générale CIB before founding Théa Conseil, a consulting firm specializing in business consulting and change management.
