Lombard Odier’s asset management arm launches bond strategy in Taiwan

Lombard Odier Investment Managers (LOIM) has launched its Asia Value Bond strategy in Taiwan, as part of its expansion plans in Asia.

The bond, which marks LOIM’s first foray into Taiwan, has a diversified, blended investment-grade high-yield portfolio across countries, sectors and maturity buckets, the company announced.

The bond utilises a ‘value-biased’ strategy and has around 260 holdings with an average typical credit rating of BBB-.

LOIM is the privately-owned asset management arm of Swiss private bank Lombard Odier, which offers wealth and asset management services to institutional, wholesale and private clients.

LOIM has appointed Navigate Investment Consultant as its master agent for the distribution of its new bond to institutional, wholesale and private clients in Taiwan.
