JP Morgan Asset Management’s Howard Wang is relocating to Taipei in May for personal reasons.
As part of the relocation, Wang will assume the role of a non-discretionary investment adviser across the investment strategies where he is currently named a portfolio manager. He will remain head of JP Morgan Asset Management’s Greater China investment team and there will be no change to the investment process of any investment strategies.
The funds impacted by the change are the JP Morgan China Growth & Income fund, the JP Morgan Funds – China fund, the JPM China fund, the JP Morgan China Pioneer A-Share fund, the JP Morgan China A-Share Opportunities fund, the JP Morgan Funds – China A-Share Opportunities fund, the China A-Share Equity fund, the JPMorgan Funds – Greater China fund, the JP Morgan Provident Greater China fund, and the JPMorgan SAR Greater China fund.
In Taiwan there are regulations that do not allow a fund to have portfolio managers across multiple entities.
