The Jupiter fund has ongoing charges (OCF) of 2.35%, while the Nordea fund’s OCF is 2.75%, according to data from FE Analytics.
Both products are more expensive than peers. The peer median for multi-asset funds available to accredited investors in Singapore is 1.75%, according to FE.
“The OCF of the Jupiter fund is the one sticking point for me – it is high. However, as the fund is still very small in terms of AUM, hopefully this will come down in the fund.
Considering the large AUM of the Nordea fund, he believes the OCF could also be lower.
