HEAD-TO-HEAD: FSSA versus T Rowe Price
FSA compares two Japanese equities products: the FSSA Japan Equity Fund and the T Rowe Price Japanese Equity Fund.
Fees
Management fees and other expenses charged by funds are important because they have a direct impact on returns for investors.
The ongoing charges figure (OCF) for the FSSA fund is 0.83%, and the fees charged for the T Rowe Price product is similar at 0.73%, according to FE Fundinfo.
“In general, for a single country equity fund, that’s certainly not too expensive. It’s not cheap either, but it’s okay,” Genderen said.
