The advice for investment in the Year of the Earth Dog is, in a word, defensiveness, according to CLSA’s Feng Shui Index 2018.
“The dog represents the characters of duty and loyalty, and is a sign of defence and protection,” according to the firm.
“It is a good time to be level-headed and to err on the side of caution. Investors are advised not to bite off more than they can chew.”
