First Sentier Investors has appointed Charles Wong as director of intermediary business, effective February 1.
Based in Singapore, Wong joins from Aviva Investors Asia where he was head of wholesale in the region.
He has more than 22 years of experience in the financial services sector having previously worked for Credit Suisse, Aberdeen Asset Management, Societe Generale Asset Management and United Overseas Bank.
Wong reports to Christy Goh, head of distribution for southeast Asia, and to Alex Tam, head of the intermediary business for north Asia.
