Speakers
Susanne Linhardt, Investment Director, Brown Advisory
Susanne is an Investment Director within the global investment team. She joined Brown Advisory in 2021 from Bantleon in Munich where she managed sustainable equity and multi-asset strategies. Previously, she worked as portfolio manager for the Munich Re Group and product strategist at Robeco. She has over 12 years of investment industry experience having started her career as an emerging markets equity analyst.
Alexis Lavergne, Investment Specialist – Fixed Income, Janus Henderson Investors
Alexis Lavergne is a fixed income Investment Specialist at Janus Henderson Investors, a position he has held since 2023. In this role, he is responsible for articulating Janus Henderson’s view on fixed income markets, the macroeconomic environment, and representing the firm’s suite of fixed income products.
Nicholas Mapa, Chief Economist and Market Strategist, Metrobank
Economist with more than 15 years of work experience across public service and the private sector. Holds several graduate degrees in business management and economics.
Previous work experience includes the academe, the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, the Bank of the Philippine Islands and ING Bank.
Dr. Robert B. Ramos CFA, President and CEO, RCBC Trust Corporation
Dr. Ramos has almost three decades of banking and finance experience working for local and foreign institutions. He has experience in the fields of trust and asset management, product development, trading, fund management, business development and relationship management. Robert has post graduate degrees in the areas of Business Management and Business Economics. Dr. Ramos holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. He also received the certificate in investment performance measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute. Ramos also obtained the certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute. He has served as President of the Trust Officers Association of the Philippines (TOAP) and he has served as the President of the CFA Society of the Philippines.
Rupert Walker, Editor, Fund Selector Asia
Rupert will be chairing the event and is an award-winning financial journalist and editor with a background as a fund manager and investment banker in London and Singapore. He was educated at Oxford and London universities, and is a CFA charter holder.
