Credit Suisse has announced that Andy Kuo has been appointed as the director for Greater China and the Singapore market.

Based in Singapore, Kuo will report to Keng Cheong Lock, market group head for Greater China, Singapore and Japan international within the Asia Pacific wealth management team.

“With one of the most diversified private wealth management footprints on the ground, Credit Suisse remains an attractive employer in Asia and we will continue to recruit experienced talents in this region that will support our strategic transformation,” said Lock.

Prior joining Credit Suisse, Kuo was with UBS in Taipei, where he advised onshore Taiwanese ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families on wealth.

He previously spent 15 years in corporate banking before moving into wealth management and has worked at Citibank and HSBC, where he mainly advised Taiwanese-listed companies.
