CBRE expands advisory services business in Indonesia

CBRE, a commercial real estate services and investment firm, today announced the expansion of its advisory services business to Indonesia and leadership appointments in the country.

This expansion will strengthen CBRE’s existing services in the country by offering its full spectrum of advisory services, including leasing and capital markets, brokerage services of office and industrial & logistics assets, research and consulting, workplace strategy, and transaction management, according to a statement by the firm.

Angela Wibawa will join CBRE as managing director, advisory services, Indonesia, Judy Sinurat and Albert Dwiyanto have been appointed senior director and co-head of office services, Anton Sitorus is named head of research, and Ivana Susilo as head of industrial & logistics

Moray Armstrong, CBRE’s head of Singapore advisory services, has taken on additional responsibility for Indonesia.
