Singapore-based APS Asset Management has decided to liquidate their non-China funds, as 90% of its AUM are in China-related strategies.
They include HSBC which will distribute three Asia bond products to Mainland investors.
Other alternative asset managers have also established their presence in China.
The firm believes that companies in the healthcare and online sectors will remain resilient.
The structural trends that are driving the region’s economic growth and markets remain intact, and will overcome current fears, according to Axa Investment Managers.
The acquisition is expected to expand Franklin Templeton’s fixed income business.
