Arjan de Boer has joined Crédit Agricole CIB (CACIB) as managing director, head of private banks coverage, Asia Pacific, according to a notification on LinkedIn.
“Based in Hong Kong, I will focus on developing CACIB’s business with private banks across the region, particularly in Hong Kong and Singapore,” he wrote. “I look forward to working with colleagues and clients to further highlight the bank’s expertise.”
De Boer (pictured) spent more than eight years at Indosuez Wealth Management, a fully-owned subsidiary of CACIB, as head of markets, investments and structuring for Asia, based in Singapore. He left the firm earlier this year.
Previously, De Boer was head of private banking, North Asia at ANZ in Hong Kong, and prior to that position, he was head of private banking North Asia are ABN Amro for more than nine years. He started his banking career at Hollandsche Bank-Unie in 1999.
