AllianceBernstein (AB) has appointed Brent Kao as head of Asia ex-Japan institutions.
Kao was previously head of Asia ex-Japan at MetLife Investment Management’s institutional client group and prior to that, he was head of Asia official institutions and consultant relations at BlackRock for over 14 years.
“We are thrilled to have Brent join our team. He brings a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge of the Asian institutional landscape,” said AB’s global head of institutions, Michael Thompson.
