Eastspring Investments, the asset management business of Prudential plc, has appointed Steven Chua as head of retail intermediaries, Singapore, effective immediately. Eastspring also confirmed that Suleen Law was appointed head of private banks and family offices in April 2026.

Both are based in Singapore and report to Szu Yi Chin, head of global financial institutions & intermediaries, Eastspring Investments.

Chua will lead Eastspring’s retail intermediary business in Singapore, expanding Eastspring’s presence across wealth platforms and intermediary channels. Law is focused on deepening the firm’s partnerships with private banks and family offices, and strengthening engagement with key decisionmakers.

Chua has more than 22 years of asset management experience in Singapore and the region. His last role was head of distribution business for Southeast Asia and Taiwan at Lion Global Investors (LGI), where he led the growth of the firm’s distribution business and expanded its third-party distribution footprint beyond the OCBC Group.

Prior to LGI, Chua was head of intermediary sales, Singapore, at Vanguard Investments Singapore, and he also spent close to a decade at Schroders Investment Management.

Law joins Eastspring from Neuberger, where she spent over 13 years, most recently as senior vice president, business development. She led distribution partnerships with several of the largest global and regional private banks and platforms, delivering strong growth across key investment strategies.

Prior to that, Law held business development roles at UBS Global Asset Management, and earlier in her career at HSBC and OCBC.
