RBC BlueBay Asset Management has hired Camilla Love as head of Australia & New Zealand to lead its distribution strategy and client engagement across the region.
Based in Sydney, she will report to RBC BlueBay’s head of distribution, Anthony Pickering.
The firm said the appointment represents an inflection point in its commitment to the region after laying out its growth ambitions, where it expects Asia-Pacific to play a key role.

Prior to joining RBC BlueBay, Love founded Alpencrest Capital, overseeing third-party distribution for alternative and capacity-constrained investments as Managing Partner.
Before that she spent more than 20 years at Perennial Partners where she spent over five years as Managing Director of eInvest Australia, launching and leading Australia’s first active ETF‑only investment brand.

Love holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management from UNSW, a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Sydney, with majors in Marketing, Economics and Asian Studies.
She also has postgraduate qualifications in Applied Finance & Investments and Management.

The Wellington Absolute Return Global Equity fund will invest across its in-house funds.
