Raffles Family Office names Ken Peng as chief investment officer

The former head of Asia Pacific investment strategy at Citi Private Bank will lead the firm’s investment function.

Raffles Family Office on Monday announced the appointment Ken Peng (main picture) as chief investment officer, effective immediately.

In the newly created role, Peng will lead the firm’s investment function and shape its overall investment strategy, reporting to Chi Man Kwan, group chief executive officer.

Peng was previously head of Asia Pacific investment strategy at Citi Private Bank.

Chi Man Kwan said: “We are glad to welcome Ken to RFO. The investment needs of families have grown more complex and demanding. Establishing the Chief Investment Officer role is a deliberate step in meeting client needs and deepening our institutional strength.
