Pictet has announced the final close of its oversubscribed Monte Rosa Co-Investments VI private equity fund.

Pictet Alternative Advisors, the alternative arm of Swiss wealth and asset manager Pictet Group, on Monday announced the final close of its Monte Rosa Co-Investments VI private equity fund.
The firm said it raised $1.53bn in committed capital, exceeding its initial $1bn target for the sixth vintage in its private equity co-investment franchise.
Pictet said the fundraise was oversubscribed and marks its largest raised in the series to date, over 50% more than the $900m raised for its fifth vintage raise in 2023.
Maurizio Arrigo, global co-head of private equity at Pictet Alternative Advisors said: “The successful close of Monte Rosa Co-Investments VI reflects both the growing demand for co-investments and Pictet’s proven track record in the strategy, with a MOIC [Multiple of Invested Capital] of 3.1x across 64 realised co-investments.”
“In today’s environment, investors are increasingly seeking direct exposure to high-quality assets. Our longstanding relationships with leading private equity sponsors enable us to source differentiated opportunities and deploy capital selectively and at scale.”
Pictet said the new fund will focus primarily on buyout transactions, complemented by selective investments in growth and venture opportunities.
The fund is to be deployed over a three-year investment period, targeting a portfolio of 25 to 30 co-investments across North America, Europe and some selective exposure to Asia.
So far roughly 40% of committed capital has already been deployed across 14 transactions, Pictet said.
Pictet Group’s alternatives arm manages $54bn in assets, with $31bn in private equity, as of the end of 2025.
